I feel so fortunate that I had a chance to work with Lucas! He is the best tutor I've ever had! English is not my native language, and so writing essays (writing part) and whole speaking part of TOEFL were just a complete disaster for me. Lucas helped me tremendously; he was very knowledgable, and pushed me to find interesting arguments for my essays and made sure grammar and sentence structure were perfect. Apart from writing essays we worked a lot on speaking, vocabulary, and grammar. He made the conversation flow so that it was really interesting to talk to him - I don't have a language barrier anymore and really feel how my English improved. Also, he was very patient, fun, and clearly enjoyed teaching. He was always really well prepared. I'm amazed how good his English is for a non-native speaker - he is a GREAT example that learning a new language can be fun, fast and productive!
