Stamford SAT Prep Course

Our Stamford TOEFL Instructor is a certified K-6 teacher and taught an ESL class at Greenwich Elementary School. She has been a private ESL tutor. She graduated Magna Cum Lade from the University of Bridgeport and taught Japanese students in Kindergarten through high school how to speak, read and write in English. She also received her B.A. in Psychology and Sociology, and her J.D. from St. John’s University in New York.

I felt I was well prepared for the SAT-test. The SAT tutor was very nice and helpful. She was also flexible with the location and time of the classes. Overall I was very satisfied with the SAT program and would recommend it to other people.

Stamford - SAT Vocabulary – List

• frugal -- (adj) thrifty, cheap
  • A frugal person saves money whenever possible, for example on discounted SAT classes.
    

• impute -- (v) to attribute an action to particular person or group
  • The student imputed his 800 on the math section of the SAT to his SAT tutor.

I wanted to take the opportunity and thank you for your support and effort during the last couple of weeks, especially as you have also committed time on the weekends and during holidays!! This is much appreciated. I think that we managed to produce some very good essays in the end, which will hopefully be recognized by the schools.
