Our Ann Arbor SAT instructor has over 6 years of SAT teaching and tutoring experience. He holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Psychology from the University of Michigan and he has held Researcher positions at the University of Michigan, Tsinghua University in China, and the University of Pennsylvania (the Perelman School of Medicine and The Wharton School). His extensive experience and his strong academic background have equipped him to be a highly effective SAT test prep instructor who is sure to help you reach a top score on your upcoming exam.

Ann Arbor - SAT Vocabulary – Verbs

• suppress -- (v) to end an activity, e.g., to prevent the dissemination of information
  • He took three deep breaths to try to suppress his anxiety about the SAT practice test.

• vindicate -- (v) to clear from blame or suspicion
  • The student felt vindicated by their high SAT score.
