Our Irvine SAT instructor has worked for over 20 years as a private tutor in Algebra, English, Writing and the SAT. She tutors and teaches the SAT and GRE. She holds a B.A. in Spanish Language and Literature from U.C. Berkeley and an M.P.A in Public Policy and Administration from California State University, Long Beach. Her patience and insight to each student’s specific areas of improvement are a guarantee for your successful exam results. She is an avid world traveler, having lived in multiple countries and is also involved in the fields of sports, health and nutrition.

Irvine - SAT Vocabulary – Adjectives

• precocious -- (adj) unusually advanced or talented at an early age
  • The precocious SAT student already scored an 800 on her math section.

• provocative -- (adj) tending to provoke a response, e.g., anger or disagreement
  • The provocative SAT student attempted to get a rise out of his instructor by questioning vociferously every answer choice.

I wanted to take the opportunity and thank you for your support and effort during the last couple of weeks, especially as you have also committed time on the weekends and during holidays!!
