Online Classes

✓How do I attend and participate in the online classes?

We use Zoom most of the time. We also use Webex or Skype or FaceTime or any other program upon request.

Book Shipments

✓ Who should I contact if I have not received books?
Please email info@manhattaneliteprep.com with your name, country, city, date of course, teacher name, payment receipt number, total amount, contact info, etc, in the email. For in-person courses in New York City, books are typically distributed on the first day of class, otherwise they will be mailed.

Computer Tests

✓ Where can I purchase more GMAT or GRE Computer Adaptive Test codes?
To purchase more codes for your home practice, please visit the Company Store. There, choose the GMAT or GRE product page on the left hand side, and scroll down to the product named "Computer Adaptive Test Code - Additional", and update the quantity as needed. You can also add the "GMAT Erasable Noteboard with Pen" to the cart. If you purchased more codes from us other than those codes included in your tuition or if you purchased codes from us separately without taking one of our courses, please note that we have a total of five unique full-length online practice tests. Since each test is based on a dynamically programmed pool of questions, you may still see different questions on the same test if you purchase more than 5 codes.

Typically you receive 5 CAT codes with the purchase of full-length test prep course.

✓ Where can I find other GMAT Online Tests?
Two additional GMAT Prep tests are available at no cost along with our 5 other tests. For these additional tests please check MBA.com

✓ If I have purchased a course for the SAT, ACT, TOEFL, LSAT, MCAT or any other exams, will I receive practice tests?

  • Multiple practice exams are included in the course materials. At this time, we do not offer Computer Adaptive Tests for these tests.

Online Library

✓ For how many days after a course does access to the Online Library last?

Online Library access typically lasts for 60 days after the purchase of a course. Should you need additional access time please contact us at support@manhattaneliteprep.com.

✓ How many hours of recordings are in the Online Library?Our Recording Library is comprised of many hours of recordings for various subjects. It includes teaching sessions from our expert instructors. Each session has a mix of lectures and practice problems from official guides and other teaching material. When viewing them, you can either press Pause or simply practice along with the class in the video timed by the instructor. All the solutions are explained in the recordings as well.

✓ How often is the Online Library updated?
We are continuously updating our online library to include most recent recordings by various lead instructors. We standardized all the recording sessions by combining all the best past recorded sessions per topic.

✓ How can I sort the recordings?
You can sort the recordings by presenter or by topic. Different instructors opt to work with different questions and explain concepts in a different way. That is why we uploaded different instructors' sessions.

✓ How do I access the Library?
To access your online library, please visit the link(s) in our email sent after your course payment.

Digital Access Collection

✓ What is the Digital Access Collection?

  • Our Digital Access Collection is a synthesized version of some of our most effective preparation resources that comes with the purchase of selected courses and services. It is not sold separately.

Make-up Sessions

✓ Can I make-up a session I have missed?
Yes, since we have multiple courses running at the same time, we will find you a session to make-up for the one you missed. Your make-up session may be in-person, online or from the online recording library. We can only do our best to accommodate you but cannot guarantee your spot in another course and have no obligation to do so either. Please remember any make-up sessions after the initial two will be subject to a per session charge.
